1. Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to:
- All major cities and towns within South Africa
- Selected remote areas (subject to courier availability)
International shipping may be available on request and subject to additional charges.
2. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2 –3 business days after payment confirmation.
Please note:
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Processing time does not include delivery time.
3. Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Major cities: 2–5 business days
- Outlying areas: 3–7 business days
- Remote areas: 5–10 business days
Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated based on:
- Delivery location
- Package size and weight
- Courier service selected
Shipping fees will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
Phila Africa reserves the right to update shipping fees without prior notice.
5. Tracking Orders
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS (where applicable).
You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.
6. Delivery Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that:
- Correct delivery details are provided
- Someone is available to receive the order
If delivery fails due to incorrect information or unavailability, additional delivery charges may apply.
7. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide your order number and supporting photos (if applicable)
We will investigate and, where applicable, arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Refund Policy.
8. Delayed Deliveries
While we strive to meet delivery timelines, Phila Africa is not liable for delays caused by:
- Courier companies
- Force majeure events (e.g. natural disasters, strikes, or pandemics)
- Incorrect customer information
However, we will make reasonable efforts to assist in resolving delivery issues.
9. Uncollected or Returned Parcels
If a parcel is returned to us due to:
- Incorrect address
- Failure to collect the parcel
- Repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts
The customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs before the order is resent.
10. Ownership and Risk
Ownership and risk of goods pass to the customer upon successful delivery to the provided address.
